The 3rd International Symposium on Energy Sustainability (ISE 2025) will accept two types of paper submissions:

Submition method:

Short Papper – 2 pages
Full Paper – up to 8 pages

Submissions must be made exclusively in English and sent in PDF format, using the event’s official templates (available in Word and PDF formats on the website).

Work structure:

All works, regardless of the modality, must contain:

Title
Abstract and keywords
Development (with tables and figures, if necessary
Results and Discussions
Bibliographic references

Each author must select the thematic axis that most closely matches the content addressed.

📌 Presentation

Short papers approved by the Scientific Committee will be presented as posters during the event. Full papers will be presented in dedicated technical sessions. The presentation language can be either Portuguese or English, at the author’s preference.

📚 Publication in the Proceedings

All presented papers will be published in the Proceedings of ISE 2025. Full papers will be individually assigned a DOI.

🔍 Evaluation Process

Submissions will go through the following steps:

1. Formatting check – compliance with official models;

2. Similarity analysis – to ensure originality and academic integrity;

3. Peer review – each work will be evaluated by at least two members of the Scientific Committee.

There is no charge at the time of submission. The fee will only be required for approved papers.

For publication, it is mandatory that only one of the authors is responsible for the payment of the paper.

* All collaborations, sources and contributions are duly acknowledged;
* The authors are solely responsible for the content presented.
